Please note all diy are int. Posted by 2 years ago. It s tough to tell by looking at the pictures but the mounting points for the vw oem racks barely touches the paint. I think i m leaning towards getting the oem with an aftermarket fairing.

I m looking for one as well. Doubt the roof rack with really effect mpg. No rooftop bar fairing needed. They re boxy tall and stand out like a fedora.

It all works well but the fairing takes a little bit of work to attach to the oem rack.
